ArrangeMyGuests
ArrangeMyGuests works entirely on your own device. It does not connect to any ArrangeMyGuests server — none exists — and nothing you type is ever uploaded or sent to anyone.
Your event details — guest names, tables, the floor plan and your settings — are saved locally in your browser on your device, and nowhere else. Only you can see them. If you clear your browser data, they are gone; export a backup file first if you would like a copy to keep.
Like any web page, the app loads its fonts and two small tools (the QR generator and a compression library) from the internet, but these requests never include your event details.
When you print a Seat Finder sign, your guest names and table numbers are packed inside the QR code itself and shown to anyone who scans it. Nothing is stored online — the printed code is the only copy. Only print it if you are happy for guests at your event to look up names and tables, which is exactly what a printed seating chart shows anyway.
Export project creates a file on your device containing your event details. Treat it as private and keep a copy somewhere safe.
