Start with the Help section inside the app — it covers guests, tables, the floor plan, printing and backups. Your purchase also included a PDF guide that walks through everything with pictures.
Print at 100% scale (no "fit to page"), keep the white space around the code untouched when trimming, and use matt or satin paper — high gloss can reflect. Print the sign at A5 or larger for big guest lists. Then scan your own print from about one metre away.
The Seat Finder only includes guests who have a name and an assigned table in the app. Check the guest is assigned, check the spelling, then reprint the sign.
The printed QR carries your seating plan in ink. Whenever you change guests or tables, print a fresh sign — the old print keeps showing the old plan. Permissions and links play no part here; the code is self-contained.
